Pearl Monteiro is an Associate Professor at V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa, and has been teaching law for over two decades. She completed her B.A., LL.B., and LL.M. from Goa University and qualified the UGC-NET. She teaches Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Contract, Family Law, and Administrative Law, and is a recognised postgraduate teacher of Goa University. Her academic work focuses on personal laws, constitutional principles, human rights, and gender-related questions. She has contributed chapters to edited volumes, including those published by Springer Singapore and Lexington Books (Scopus-indexed), and has written in other peer-reviewed journals and edited collections. Dr Anoop Kumar (LL.M., PhD) ; Dr. Anoop Kumar, an accomplished legal scholar, completed his L.L.B, LL.M. and PhD from Banaras Hindu University. Recognised for his academic excellence, he received accolades such as the 2015 ICSSR Doctoral Fellowship, the 2012 UGC Research Fellowship, and the UGC Merit Scholarship in 2008-2009. A prolific contributor to legal literature, he has authored 16 articles in esteemed Indian Journals and edited books such as ‘Bharatiya Jurisprudence’, ‘Vedic Tradition of Law & Legal System’, and ‘Paryavarniy Vidhi: Chunootiya, Vishalesana aur Bhavishya’, showcasing his expertise in Bharatiya Tradition and Environmental Law. He actively engages in academic discourse, presented research papers in over twenty-nine National and International Seminars. Dr. Kumar, an author of impactful books like ‘Mere Babba Ek Nayi Vichardhara’ and ‘Shankar Vansh: Ek Parichaya’. In addition to his scholarly pursuits, he brings practical experience, serving as Course Coordinator for the "PG Diploma on Vedic Jurisprudence" at the Centre for Vedic Science, BHU. He has designed and conducted the SWAYAM Course on Hindu Personal Law, including Marriage and Succession & Criminology, Penology & Victimology in the Law category, which has been well received and emerged as a notable achievement. He has successfully organised International Conference, National Conference, and Workshops on different dimensions of Bharatiya Jurisprudence and played a key role in drafting the ordinance and syllabus for the LL.B. (Hons) in Bharatiya Jurisprudence at Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi.

I, Dr Kakumani Kataky, started my journey from practising and teaching in colleges in Goa. I graduated from M. S. University, Baroda, Gujarat, and completed an LLM from Goa University. Goa. Basically i am from state of Assam Guwahati. From 2007 onwards, I worked as a Guest Lecturer at commerce and polytechnic colleges in Goa, along with Advocacy Work in Goa. In 2009, I worked as a legal executive at J. M. Baxi and Company, a shipping company in Bombay. After that i came back to Assam Guwahati and served as a Teaching Associate l University Law College in Gauhati University in 2010. Then I completed my phd in patent in the area of pharmaceutical Company.in 2021. Still, I'm with the University Law College, Gauhati University.

Dr. A Narayana Swamy, M.A., LL.M, UGC-NET, K-SET, PhD in Law. He is currently serving as a Senior Assistant Professor of Law at Vidyodaya Law College (Aided Law College), Tumakuru. He pursued his PhD in Law at Bangalore University, Bangalore and has 20 years of teaching experience in Law. His specialised areas are Hindu Law, Labour Law, Administrative Law, Human Rights Law and Land Laws. Apart from teaching, he served as Principal (I/c) at Vidyodaya Law College for more than three years. He has also served as a Member and Chairman of the BoE of Law, Member and Convener of the LIC Affiliation Committee, Member and Chairman of the Squad Committee, and Question Paper Setter and Evaluator at KSLU and previously at Tumakuru University. He has participated in and presented several papers at National and International seminars. He has delivered several Lecture programmes and published several Articles. Dr. Jayanthi is passionate about Family Law, especially the legal issues that affect families. Her interest lies in custody disputes, divorce settlements, and the evolving dynamics of family relations. In Mediation and ADR, she explores non-adversarial conflict resolution to promote peaceful settlements. Her research aims to ease the judicial burden and encourage amicable solutions. She also delves into Land and Property Law, exploring legal frameworks governing land use, ownership, and real estate transactions. Dr. Jayanthi has contributed to legal clinics, providing pro bono advice to underprivileged communities. Her dedication has earned her numerous awards, including the Best Legal Aid Clinic 2023 and the Hugo Grotius International Eminent Teacher Award 2023. As a student, she participated in the National Level Moot Court Competition organised by Government Law College, Thiruvallur in 2001 and bagged the Best Memorial and Best Researcher Award. She has delivered guest lectures on various topics such as Hindu succession, gender bias, human rights, prevention of sexual harassment, property rights of women under personal laws, and misleading advertisements, to name a few. She has been invited as a resource person in national conferences, training sessions for police personnel & civil judges, crash courses and short-term training courses. She has been actively engaged in conducting training sessions for prison personnel on BNS, BNSS and Probation of Offenders Act. She was awarded Best Paper Presenter in the National conference organised in Kanyakumari on the topic, “Legislative and Policy Framework of Tourism and Laws”. She worked as Principal Investigator for the research project titled, “Child Labour in Bengaluru South-The Major Challenge in Implementation of Right to Education act, 2009”. She has presented papers on various academically relevant topics at national and international conferences. She has published research articles in various UGC CARE-listed journals. She has judged various National Level Moot Court competitions.

Dr. Diganta Roy is an Assistant Professor of Law at Presidency University, Bengaluru, where he teaches Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Jurisprudence, and Environmental Law. He also coordinates clinical legal education initiatives, including legal aid and legal literacy outreach. He holds a PhD in Law from North-Eastern Hill University (a Central University), Shillong, with a thesis on Criminal Contempt of Court in India: A Critical Analysis, alongside an LL.M. from the same institution and a B.A.LL.B. (Hons) from J.B. Law College, Gauhati University. He is UGC-NET qualified and was awarded the ICSSR Centrally-Administered Full-Term Doctoral Fellowship. Dr. Roy's research and teaching centre on constitutional law, with particular attention to how fundamental rights — equality and free speech — intersect with contempt jurisprudence and human rights in the Indian context. His work has appeared in UGC-CARE-listed journals and edited volumes, and he has presented at national and international conferences in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Maldives. Prior to joining Presidency University, he taught at Dhubri Law College under Gauhati University.

Dr. D. Prasannakumar is an Assistant Professor at R. L. Law College, Belagavi, with over two decades of experience in legal education. After completing his law degree in Bellary, he pursued his post-graduation at Gulbarga University and completed it in 1996. He began his teaching career at S.C.A.B. Law College, Raichur, where he taught for three years before joining R. L. Law College, Belagavi, in 1999. Since then, he has been actively involved in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in their legal studies and professional development. Dr. Prasannakumar has been invited by several reputed institutions to deliver lectures on contemporary legal issues. He has also participated in national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops, contributing to discussions on emerging legal developments. Recognising his academic contribution, Karnatak University, Dharwad, awarded him a PhD for his research on “Law Relating to Mega Projects in India: A Critical Analysis of its Problems and Perspectives” He is deeply committed to making legal education practical, engaging, and relevant to the changing needs of the legal profession.
