Dr. Jha is currently serving as Assistant Professor of Law at National Law University, Jabalpur. His areas of interest include Family Law, Property Law, and Indic Jurisprudence. He also serves as Director for the Centre for Research in Dharmashastras and Indic Jurisprudence. He is an alumnus of Chanakya National Law University and has been serving the legal academia for the last 7 years.

Pearl Monteiro is an Associate Professor at V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa, and has been teaching law for over two decades. She completed her B.A., LL.B., and LL.M. from Goa University and qualified the UGC-NET. She teaches Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Contract, Family Law, and Administrative Law, and is a recognised postgraduate teacher of Goa University. Her academic work focuses on personal laws, constitutional principles, human rights, and gender-related questions. She has contributed chapters to edited volumes, including those published by Springer Singapore and Lexington Books (Scopus-indexed), and has written in other peer-reviewed journals and edited collections. Her writing reflects a consistent engagement with the relationship between law, society, and equality in everyday contexts. She has served the institution in various academic and administrative capacities, including Chairperson of the Moot Court Society, Director of the ADR Board, Nodal Officer (Pro Bono Club, Department of Justice), Director of the Legal Aid Society, and Presiding Officer of the Internal Complaints Committee
