Dr. Jayamol P. S. obtained her B.A., LL.B. degree from SDM Law College, Mangalore, and her LL.M. degree in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the Department of Law, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, securing the third rank. She qualified the UGC-NET in the year 2010. She was awarded a Ph.D. by Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi, for her research on the topic “An Evaluation of the Enforcement Mechanism under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 in Ensuring Safe and Wholesome Food.” Dr. Jayamol began her academic career as a faculty member at Central Law College, Salem, Tamil Nadu. She is currently serving as an Assistant Professor of Law at Vaikunta Baliga College of Law, Udupi. Her areas of academic interest include Food Safety Law, Labour Laws, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Environmental Law, and Jurisprudence. She has coordinated several national and international seminars and has presented research papers at various international and national conferences. Dr. Jayamol is the co-editor of two edited books titled The Changing Scenario of Intellectual Property Rights and the Way Forward and Climate Justice in a Warming World. She has also published research articles in reputed international law journals and recognized Indian legal journals. In addition, she has completed a Minor Research Project on the ‘Non-State Justice System,’ sponsored by Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi.

Dr.Naseema P.K. is an experienced professional in India, now working as an Assistant Professor of Law. She has experience in two top central universities of India, namely the University of Delhi and AMU, Aligarh. Currently, she is working at the AMU centre in Malappuram, Kerala. She had worked in various capacities, including Principal & Vice Principal of reputed women’s colleges in the State of Kerala, Law Teacher in a College, Advocate, and Researcher. With a teaching experience of 18 years and having published 35 papers as research papers in journals and chapters in books and presented 17 Papers in International Seminars and 24 Papers in National Seminars and being a frequently invited resource person, she continues her academic journey and now, with the highest degrees of commitment gifted this book to the society around her.

Dr. C.B. Naveen Chandra obtained his B.A. Degree from Vijaya First Grade College, Pandavapura, LL. B Degree from S.B.R. R Mahajana Law College, Mysore, LL.M Degree with specialisations in International Law from Department of Studies and Research in Law, University of Mysore, Mysore. He holds a Doctorate in Law for the thesis entitled “Tourism and Environmental Pollution: A Critical Study of Laws and Policies in India,” under the guidance of Prof. Ramesh, Professor, Department of Studies and Research in Law, University of Mysore, Mysore. He began his career as a guest faculty member of law at the Government Law College, Holenarasipura. He was appointed as an Assistant Professor in Vaikunta Baliga College of Law, Udupi, in the year 2017. He is the Co-ordinator of the PG Diploma course in Cyber and Information Law and Co-ordinator of the Youth Red Cross Unit of the college. He has participated and presented research papers in International, National and Regional conferences/seminars/workshops. He has published research articles in various law journals and social sciences journals and edited books.

Sharat Babu. She holds a B.A.L., LL.B. degree from Vaikunta Baliga College of Law, Udupi, and earned her Master’s Degree in Law with a specialization in International Law from the Postgraduate Department of Studies in Law, University of Mysore, Mysore. • She began her academic career in 2006 when she was appointed as an Assistant Professor of Law, and since then has contributed extensively to both academic and co-curricular development in the institution. Dr. Juri Goswami is an Assistant Professor (Law) at JB Law College, Guwahati, Assam. She has completed her Graduation in Law from University Law College, Gauhati University with First class First in IPR specialization. The author has also secured First Class with Distinction with specialization in International Environmental Law from Amity Law School, Noida. She has the honour of being the first doctorate degree holder from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam for her thesis ‘Efficacy of Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972: A Study with special reference to Kaziranga National Park, Assam.’ Her First book was published and inaugurated on 11th September, 2025 by Kaziranga officials; entitled as Wild Life Laws & Kaziranga National Park. In this book an attempt has been made mainly to discuss about the law in the field of wild life prevalent in national, international, and state (Assam) level with special reference to Kaziranga National Park, Assam. She has also cleared State Level Eligibility Test in Law with rank 6th. The author has her contribution in different journals, news-papers, magazines and she has visited and presented her research work in the field of wild life at various national and international platforms. She had received invitation from Cambridge University in the year 2016, World Wild Life Conference held in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2017, Loyola University, Chicago in 2019 and very recently from Oxford Centre for Animal Ethics on March 19, 2025 for her research work in the field of environment and wild life laws. She has 10 years of experience of teaching law in different Law Colleges and Universities in Assam.

Jenifer Stella brings a unique blend of scholarly insight and courtroom expertise to the field of legal education.
