Dr. Vikas Kumar, Assistant Professor (Reader scale), has been teaching in the Campus Law Center, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, for around 18 years. Core areas are international law, Environmental law, and climate change mitigation laws; also specializes in criminal and cyber law. So far, I have participated in national and international conferences on various legal topics. Has also written various papers in national and international journals on issues in international and environmental law. Has delivered lectures in various colleges of Delhi University and other national universities on his core areas.

Her Journey I have served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Integral University, Lucknow, and previously at Amity University, Lucknow, for over seven years. She inspires students to master corporate law. Her research features in SCOPUS-indexed, UGC-CARE journals, and leading national newspapers. She actively present at conferences and engage in panel discussions. Key Achievements P.G. He completed a research project titled "Bail Reforms in the Context of Women Undertrial Prisoners with special Reference to the Sabarmati Central Jail" and submitted a report to the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India. Dr. Naveen Sukumaran is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Banaras Hindu University. He obtained his LL. B degree from the University of Calicut, LL.M degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi, and PhD in Climate Change Law from CUSAT, Kochi. Prior to joining Banaras Hindu University, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the School of Legal Studies, CUSAT and the University of Delhi. He has also served as a Law officer at the State Bank of India and in the Law Department of the Kerala Government Secretariat. His areas of interest include Environmental Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, and IPR. He writes on issues relating to Climate Change Law and Governance, Environmental Law, and Human Rights. He is also the Commission Member for the IUCN WCEL Climate Change Law Specialist Group (CCLSG) and the IUCN Commission on Environmental, Economic and Social Policy (CEESP).

Dr. Sadaf Moosa, with 10 years of academic experience, is currently an Assistant Professor of Law at Xavier Law School, St. Xavier’s University, Kolkata. She has completed her PhD in Law from Bankura University, West Bengal, on " The Impact of Genetically Modified Crops (GMC’s) on Agriculture, Ecological Order and Food Sovereignty: A Socio-Legal Analysis with reference to Existing Indian Laws". She has completed B.A.LL. B (Hons.) and Post Graduate Diploma in Women Studies from Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh, and LL.M. (Corporate Laws) from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. She has contributed chapters to edited books by national and international publishers and research articles to peer-reviewed journals. She has presented papers at international and national conferences, including seminars organized by UGC and ICSSR. In addition to research, she is actively involved in Legal services and serves as a social activist and member of the bench of the Lok Adalat organized by the State Legal Services Authority, West Bengal. She is passionate about using her legal expertise to make a positive impact on the world. She believes in guiding the leaders of tomorrow toward a legitimate path that can create a more secure world for everyone.

Dr. Sonali Kusum, Assistant Professor & Program Coordinator, School of Law, Rights and Constitutional Governance, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has done her graduation in Law with a B.A.L.L.B. Five-year integrated course and pursued her master's in law as LLM with specialization in human rights law. She has qualified for the UGC NET in Law. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work and Human Resource Management. She has completed her PhD thesis titled “Constructing a Legal Framework on Surrogacy in India” at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. She has received her PhD in Law from the Chief Justice of India, Sharad Arvind Bobde, at the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. For her research contribution on Surrogacy law in India, she was invited by the Rajya Sabha Committee on Health & Family Welfare to present her views, and her suggestions were included in the Rajya Sabha Report No. 102, August 2017, on the Surrogacy Bill 2016. She is one of the members of the International Surrogacy Forum. Previously, she was a Research Associate (Legal) at the Centre for Child & Law as part of the UNICEF India Project. She has conducted legal literacy sessions for college students and contributed to the Legal Literacy Module (Book) published by the Center for Women & Law at NLSIU Bangalore. She has worked with women's prisons in Maharashtra and conducted clinical field research studies on issues of bail, legal aid, condition of maternal health, the plight of mother women inmates with their children ( Bachha Barracks of women prison) and compiled reports and submitted to IG Prisons Maharashtra. She has worked with Maharashtra Legal Services Authority (MALSA) on a similar issue, and she delivered a legal literacy session for the women inmates. She has published her research paper on the same. She had been writing regular columns in a law magazine bearing an ISSN No. published from AIR Private Ltd., and she writes guest editorials in newspapers and quite a few online portals on medico-legal and public health issues, and gender related legal and judicial developments. She has been selected for research project on the "Study of Munda Tribal Women's Inheritance Rights and Gender Discrimination under Customary Law of Jharkhand vis a vis Contemporary Legal-judicial Developments in India", for the Grant, ICSSR Special Call for the Studies on the Culture, History, and Geography of the Scheduled Tribes of India 3rd August 2023, for ₹1000000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh Only) She has been invited as Expert during the Western Zone National Commission for Wonen Consultation on the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 in 2024 at Bhopal. She is a member of the Maharashtra State Commission for Women Committee against Domestic Violence, 2024.

Dr. Manjusha Chauhan is a legal academic and researcher specialising in Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Law, Company Laws, and Labour Law. She holds a B. Com, MBA (Finance), LLB, LLM, and PhD. Degree and has pursued research in contemporary legal issues. Her PhD was on a very serious concern: hazardous waste and other waste laws. She has experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate law courses and mentoring students in research and moot court activities. Her research interests include waste management laws, Nature-Based Solutions, environmental governance and intellectual property rights. Her research publications include Plastic waste laws, the Rotterdam Convention on waste management, copyright and AI, and many book chapters on environmental laws. Recently, she published a book on the regulation of hazardous and other waste, including battery and plastic waste. As an educator, she is committed to promoting critical thinking and practical legal analysis through innovative teaching methods, moot court activities, case-study-based learning, and experiential legal education. She has extensive experience in preparing academic content, examination papers, research projects, and legal training materials aligned with contemporary legal and policy developments.

Dr. Ajmer Singh is a legal academic, researcher, and educator with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. He holds a Ph.D. in Law from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, and is UGC-NET qualified. He completed his LL.M. (Hons.) and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Guru Nanak Dev University, establishing a strong foundation in legal scholarship and research. With over a decade of teaching experience, Dr. Singh has served as Assistant Professor at Punjab College of Law, Tarn Taran, and VMS College of Law, Batala. His academic contributions extend beyond classroom teaching to student mentoring, legal awareness programmes, and institutional development. He is a Member of the Senate of Guru Nanak Dev University and has served as a Judge in various Moot Court Competitions. Dr. Mahima Rathore, Assistant Professor of Law, JECRC University, Jaipur Dr. Dr Rathore is an Assistant Professor of Law at JECRC University, Jaipur. She earned her PhD from Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, where her doctoral research examined Legal Issues Relating to Nuclear Energy: A Critical Study with Special Reference to India. She is UGC-NET qualified and holds an LL.M., an LL.B., and a B.A. from JNVU, Jodhpur. With over seven years of teaching experience, Dr. Mahima Rathore has served on the faculty at the University Institute of Legal Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh, as an ad-hoc faculty at JNVU Faculty of Law, Jodhpur and other premier law colleges in Jodhpur. Her core teaching and research areas include Constitutional Law, Environmental Law, Energy Law, Trade Law, Contractual Law, and International Law. She is an active researcher and has published widely on nuclear energy, sustainability, constitutional morality, and gender justice. Her recent work includes The Feminine Approach to Sustainability: Women’s Role in Water Conservation and Climate Mitigation and Justification for Use of Nuclear Energy: Legal Aspects. She has presented at national and international forums, including the Chandigarh Social Sciences Congress and National Law Universities, as well as the Sudhir Mishra Centre for ESG Round Table at SGT University, Gurugram, where she served as a distinguished Speaker on climate justice and women’s leadership. Dr. Rathore has been selected for ICSSR-sponsored capacity-building and research programmes at HPNLU Shimla and GNLU Gandhinagar, respectively. She has also coordinated academic centres on Constitution & Public Policy and Women's Development. She has authored several research papers in reputable journals, books, and legal platforms.
