Dr Rahul Srivastava

Dr. Rahul Srivastava is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Allahabad. He was educated in law at Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia National Law University and pursued advanced study in Public International Law at the Faculty of Legal Studies, South Asian University, New Delhi, where he obtained the degrees of Master of Laws, Master of Philosophy, and Doctor of Philosophy. He has rendered service in diverse academic and research capacities, including association with the Indian Law Institute and with institutions of national and international standing, among them the Ministry of External Affairs, the Asian-African Legal Consultative Organization, the European Commission, and the Indian Society of International Law. His scholarly labours lie in the domain of Public and Private International Law, with particular regard to international human rights, environmental and climate governance, and the law governing international institutions. Through teaching and research, he remains devoted to cultivating legal learning and public reason.
